Justin Wolff's mom speaks

A message from Justin's mom, Terri about the recently hearing of the 4th Circuit:


" I want to thank all of you for the prayers and support for yesterday's hearing for Justin. I am told it went well, and since I don't know enough about this stuff, I will take that and hold on to it! It will take a while for us to get a response from the 4th Circuit and I will keep you posted as any news comes in. There were 3 judges. Our hopes are for an evidentiary hearing to be granted to bring in all of the evidence that was not available at trial which proves innocence. If things don't go our way, we can appeal the decision to the entire 12 judge panel of the 4th Circuit. We continue to hope.

It was great to be surrounded by so many of you who took time out of your day to be there in support. When the hearing was over, about 30 people left the room- all had been there for Justin! We had friends from PA, DC, NC and VA. We are so blessed! We also appreciate those of you who could not be there, but sent prayers and warm wishes that I know kept us going. I know those came from all over the world! We all have our cross to bear and this one for my family sure has been a heavy one. Words cannot describe how much I appreciate all of you who help carry it through your support, friendship and prayers."

It will be a while until we hear back from the 4th Circuit - these things do not move quickly, but as news emerges I will keep this group posted. Please invite other's interested in Justin's battle to join this group for updates.
