Fighting against Death Penalty since 1999
Inmates » Larry Swearingen

Larry Swearingen was convicted and sentenced to death in July 2000 for the 1998 abduction and slaying of Melissa Trotter, a 19 years old college student. Larry was already jailed on outstanding traffic warrants at the time the victim was still ALIVE and has remained in constant custody until today; means he was in no position, literally, to have committed this crime as he was in Montgomery County Jail while the victim was murdered.
Larry is held at the notorious Polunsky Unit in Livingston, Texas, facing death for a crime he did not commit. Help and support is greatly appreciated. If you care to get involved or want to write him, he is looking forward to hearing from you!
