It is my hope that Troy's murder was a wake-up call to all of us ! I know it was for me. I hope that we all realize that there's more Troys in the justice system. That we have more work to do... Lives to save ! It is my hope that our outrage continues instead of die with the passage of time.
It is my hope that we continue to find better ways to save our soldiers To push them in authority to demand more from our “system”.
It is my hope that you all take my challenge to heart... Demand more from each other. Demand more from me. I promise I will answer the call ! Because this war doesn't start with each new death, it merely continued.
It is my hope that we truly strive to achieve great things, because that is what I expect from each of us. I am grateful that you all like my articles, but may I ask, do they truly affect and motivate you !?!? And if so, how ? If not, what can I do better ? Because for me to under-achieve is unacceptable because that means I am failing.
And lastly, it is my hope that you have taken the time to chat with a few men and women “behind the walls”. I hope, for those of you that have, that the experience was a pleasant one, because you will find true to life jewels here. And although, I am far to be anything close to a jewel, you can always drop me a quick little note, and I will do what I can in my reply to remind you why you are here and what you are fighting for !
