TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN ...........

I came into this fight with the hope to really make a difference. I fight for each life as though it were my own... each death is my own ... And walking away is something that I will never do.

 

I came into this fight with the belief that if we all gave our all, there is no way that we could fail. I still believe that. The question is, do you ?

 

I came into this fight straight forward and honest. I won't tell you want you want to hear, and I expect the same from you all. Nothing will come easy, nor will it come pretty most of the time... How do you feel about that ?

 

I came into this fight thinking that one man cannot save the world, but the saving has to start somewhere....

 

I got up this morning and I challenged the governor... I asked him to tell me what is honorable about killing your citizens... I asked him why/how is it okay for us to do it, but we start wars with other countries for the same thing... I asked him what kind of man could be happy with causing the death of another man... I asked him what kind of man was he,

 

I wrote to a few lawyers, and I asked them if they would be willing to take some death penalty cases pro-bono... I wrote to a few doctors and I asked them if they would be willing to accept CFTJ cases on a reduced payment basis. The goal is to give death row cases more opportunities, because in most cases the defendants just don't have the money to get the help they need.

 

I want CFTJ to be a force in this fight... I hope you want that too. I only ask that you pass the word on, if you know someone who can help us, send them our way... If you have an idea, share it with us. Nothing is too small, and nothing is too great.

 

I thought about publishing my letters and all my works on here for you all, because seeing is believing... I want you all to know that we do what we say. This fight is our honor.... and never will it be disrespected. Anything we can do for our readers we will, but understand please, that everything is and always will be for the benefit of those incarcerated on death row,

 

We open our arms to you, this is your home as well. All I ask is that you come here with a true heart and a true respect and passion for what we are doing. Texas has made a business out of the prison system for years, well we are making a business out of stopping them.

 

Talking is a good way to start, but the actual fight is the only way to end this. If you believe what we believe, and you feel what we feel, it's a blessing to have you.... and if you do not, it is still a good feeling knowing that you listened.

 

What we stand for as human beings is what we should die for. Think about that.... think about us.
