"OUR FRIENDS IN PRISON" is a group of individuals who are working to abolish the death penalty in the USA and who want to support incarcerated inmates in both the U.K. and USA.

We do understand and support the need to punish those who have done wrong.  We are unequivocally opposed to the death penalty, and we support humane conditions for the incarcerated as well as a more compassionate understanding and support for the families and friends of the incarcerated. 

We want to express our sincerest sympathy with the families of the victims

We again reaffirm our commitment to oppose all killing, whether it is done by a single person or by the state.
