Reggie's testimony

Reggie gave us his testimony, we felt important to share it with you, according to his wish.

Hi : my name is Reginald W. Perkins : I'm presently on Texas death row. I've been here for two years and five months for a crime that I didn't do and wouldn't never thought about doing, cause I cherish life and all Human being life.

Now the reason that I ended up on Texas death row was because of a jailhouse snitch who just use my case as a bargain chip to get the two felony charges against him drop. This jailhouse snitch was facing a life sentence, but by using me and my case as a bargain chip he only got one hundred and twenty-eight days jail time credit while I am sitting on death row fighting for my life for a crime I will always proclaim my innocence that I had nothing to do with it but the justice system thought different when twelve jurors found me guilty by the words of a jailhouse snitch who could read the newspaper or talk to other jailhouse inmates to find out about anyone case who is in a county jail.

Now here I am sitting on death row living my life and day at a time, trying to find some justice in one system, cause if any normal person who sit on a juror was to look at all the evident that was present at the trial - would see that I'm innocent and wouldn't be sitting on death row wait to be found innocent from this crime or waiting to be executed as a wrongful convicted person on Texas death row :

I think that it's wrong to convict a person behind the word of a jailhouse snitch and for all the criticism of the use of jailhouse snitch or informants. Especially in death penalty cases the prosecutor still continue to put them on the witness stand, setting aside the doubts about their credibility in an effort to win convictions by putting innocents people on death row behind jailhouse snitch or informants. For a favour or leniency deal on a felony knowing that the jailhouse snitch or informant have little to lose by lying on the witness stand in front of twelve respectful jurors. Now I'm a self educated person who need some justice and for someone to believe in me that I am a wrongly convicted inmate behind a jailhouse snitch and circumstance evident on Texas death row.

Thank you for being my voice, eyes and ears on finding justice in the legal system and our court system : a lot of innocence people right today are sitting on death row all over the world behind people who lies or just give false testimony on the witness stand just save their life and never think about the person life they are putting on death row for a crime they didn't commit in a plea bargain agreement with the state prosecutor to li : Once again, thank you for your time and consideration, for listen and reading this plea for help.
