Urgent help for Charles Hood 000982

Charles has been given a date 6 times and 6 times he got a stay at the very last moment,  the worst was on June 2008 when he got his stay when he was at Walls, was put in the van to go back to Polunsky, stopped at the gate, sent back to Walls and got another stay because it was too late to execute him,  he got another stay in September 4 days before the date of execution..

If that is not  pure cruelty, please give me another word...

Charles' case went in front of the Judge the 3rd of April. Now the Judge wants 30 days to decide what to do. Charles would like a new trial. Charles asked me to contact his friends and see if they would write a letter for him and get some other people to do it also. Here is what Charles wrote. Can you help ? He would appreciate it very much.

Dear Friends,
 I need a favor from you, would you please write a letter to this Judge that is overseeing my case. He has 30 days to make a decision on my case. In your letter ask the Judge to grant Charles D. Hood a new trial, because Mr. Hood is innocent and wasn’t given a fair chance at the first trial.
